The website is operated by Adarsh Enterprises, trading as Taabiir Homes (“Taabi.ir”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law. If you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

2. Products and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials and colours accurately. Actual colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, lighting, handmade processes or natural variations in materials. Such reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Custom-made and specially commissioned products are produced according to the specifications confirmed for the order.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after we confirm it and successfully process the applicable payment. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Please review all product details, quantities, measurements, delivery information and customisation instructions before placing your order. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and applicable charges are displayed on the website or during checkout. Promotions and discounts may be subject to separate conditions and may be changed or withdrawn as permitted by law. You agree to provide valid payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days from order confirmation. Working days do not include Sundays or public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure that someone is available to receive the order. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.

6. Returns, replacements and store credit

9. Third-party services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products. Purchases are made directly from Adarsh Enterprises, trading as Taabiir Homes, and not from Shopify.

The website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including payment, delivery, analytics or communication providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

10. Privacy

Information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers where necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with applicable law.
