Refund policy

As a policy, Taabi.ir does not offer returns or exchanges for products delivered in perfect condition and in accordance with the order placed.

In exceptional cases, if you receive a product different from what you ordered, or if the product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

After reviewing the issue, Taabi.ir may arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we may offer store credit that can be used on the Taabi.ir website within three months of the original purchase.

Custom-made, customised, or specially commissioned products cannot be returned or exchanged, and refunds are not available for such orders.

Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please follow the wash and care instructions provided with the product to maintain its quality.
