3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Due to the artisanal nature of our handloom products, refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective. Damage due to improper care (e.g., ignoring washing instructions) is not eligible.
  • Refund Process: Contact us with your order number, reason for refund, and photos of the issue. Upon approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

4. Exchange/Replacement

  • Eligibility: Exchanges or replacements are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to availability. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Process: Email us  with your order number and issue details. Approved replacements are delivered within 7 business days from return receipt.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error. Taabiir homes covers shipping for replacement items.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. Approved refunds or replacements are processed per the above timeframes.
  • Lost Shipments: Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our courier to resolve the issue.
